Trailogic is a UAE travel technology company and commercial platform operator. It owns and operates Vasiqa.com, its flagship B2B travel technology platform, and provides B2B software platforms, connectivity and managed operations support for travel-industry businesses.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Trailogic corporate website at trailogicae.com and the email correspondence you start from it. It does not cover the Vasiqa.com platform or any other website we link to; each linked website is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Commercial engagements between Trailogic and its partners are governed by their own agreements, not by this policy.

The information we receive

This website has no login area, no user accounts and no forms that send information to a server; all inquiries reach us by email.

The only personal information we receive through this website is what you choose to send us by email: typically your name, company, role, email address, area of interest and the content of your message.

General and corporate messages go to info@trailogicae.com. Operations questions go to ops@trailogicae.com. Requests for a Vasiqa demo go to info@vasiqa.com and are handled as Vasiqa platform inquiries.

Why we use it and our legal bases

We use the details you send us to respond to your inquiry, to arrange Vasiqa demonstrations and technical conversations, to coordinate operations support for approved engagements, and to route regional access requests to the right team.

For general business inquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on business correspondence addressed to us. For Vasiqa demo and platform-access requests, we process your details in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement, as described in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where the GDPR applies to you.

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not use them for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep business inquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and any follow-up. Who can see it

Your correspondence is read by the Trailogic team members who need it to respond. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own use.

Where it is handled and international transfers

Inquiry data is received and processed by Trailogic FZC LLC in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us from another country, the details you send us are transferred to and handled in the United Arab Emirates.

Data protection law in the United Arab Emirates may differ from the law of the country you contact us from. By sending us an inquiry, you accept that your correspondence is handled in the United Arab Emirates as described in this policy.
